President & Owner
Christopher Perez
Chris has spent over 30 years in the property restoration industry as a Project Manager, National Project Director, and Regional General Manager of some of the nation's largest restoration firms and franchises. in 2014, Chris decided to launch ATP Restoration in 2016 with aspirations to do right by the customer which continues to drive him today!

Chief Operating Officer
Eric McCann
Since joining the team in 2017, Eric has been an integral part of ATP Restoration, where he oversees the day-to-day operations. This includes providing direction to our employees, monitoring projects, and ensuring that all accounting and administrative processes are maintained.

Executive Assistant
Jodi Perez
Through her experience in the industry, Jodi has gained an understanding of the restoration process, including its often 24-hour demands. She co-founded ATP in 2016 with people in mind instead of profit. Jodi assists with the administrative operations at ATP and provides her design expertise to assist in the completion of projects.

Director of Business Development
Bill Wilkinson
Bill oversees the Business Development Team and the marketing efforts for the Kansas City and Lake of the Ozarks locations. Within the restoration industry, Bill previously owned a property restoration company and has served as Territory Manager and Project Manager for 15 years.

Project Manager
Luke Lickteig
Luke has spent his whole career in property restoration. For ATP Restoration, Luke manages reconstruction projects from start to completion for clients who have had damage due to water, fire, storm, or mold to bring their home or business back to pre-loss condition.

David Blancarte
David's duties include but are not limited to determining the scope of damage, writing estimates, reconciling with insurance carriers, and coordinating schedules for the timely completion of projects. David's background includes 25+ years in the industry, he is a Class A General Contractor and Lead Paint Certified .

Mitigation Technician
Joe Johnson
Joe has a brief background in the industry before joining our team at the Lake of the Ozarks location. He's confident in his ability to handle any task, whether it's demolition, mitigation, or communicating with our customers. Joe takes pride in his work and is confident in the quality of his results.

Vice President
Roberto Medrano
​As a licensed Class A General Contractor with 20 years of experience, Roberto leads our Project Management Team assisting with project management, catastrophe response, fire, smoke, and water mitigation. This includes multi-family and large commercial projects ensuring that projects are executed according to contract, time, and estimate.

Vice President & Director of Operations
Brian Smith
Brian has been in the restoration world for the majority of his career. Brian's primary duties are to consult on damage claims and complete damage assessments for our business partners and clients. Helping others restore their lives and businesses is what drives Brian every day.

Operations Liason
Danielle Johnson
Danielle supports and assists the project management team to help ensure customer success. This includes facilitating working relationships between the clients and ATP, assisting the project managers and execs with their daily tasks, budgets, and administrative duties, and helping with customer concerns/requests.

Business Development Manager
Amy Kern
Amy joins our team after spending over 20 years in the Insurance Industry. With a strong background in sales and increasing market share, Amy spends her time identifying new business opportunities, increasing market share in Kansas City, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Project Manager
Kyle Swanson
Kyle brings over 15 years of experience in the roofing and restoration industry. Prior to his career in restoration, he served 13 years in the U.S. Military. His expertise in residential and commercial reconstruction has been a valuable asset to our team. Adding Kyle expanded our services to include roofing, providing our customers with a true, turn-key solution for their property restoration needs.

Project Manager
Anthony Stosich
A.J. joins our team with over nine years in the Restoration Industry and a lifetime in construction, A.J. has spent his professional career assisting people through disasters, such as fire, water, mold, or storm damage, and guiding clients through the re-construction process.

Mitigation Consultant
Brad Webb
Brad is new to the industry but has 28 years of experience in public safety. Brad’s duties include writing estimates, reviewing building codes, consultant property inspections, and consultant reporting completion. His certifications include IICRC Certified, Water Restoration Tech, Odor Control Tech, and Lead-Paint Safety.
