Christopher Perez, President/Owner
Years in the Industry: 31
Chris has spent the past 30 years in the property restoration industry serving as a Project Manager, National Project Director and Regional General Manager of some of the nation's largest restoration firms. Chris decided to launch ATP Restoration with the focus on what was most important which is doing what is right for the customer which continues to drive him today!
Roberto Medrano, Vice President
Years in Industry: 17 Class A General Contractor
Roberto leads our Project Management Team assisting with project management, catastrophe response, fire, smoke and water mitigation. This includes multi-family and large commercial projects ensuring that projects are executed according to contract, time and estimate.
Jodi Perez, Executive Assistant
Years in the Industry: 22
Jodi has been in the Restoration industry for over 20 years. Working alongside her husband Christopher, she has gained an understanding of the insurance restoration process, including it’s often 24 hour demands. Watching how many restoration companies operated a need became evident. If our aim is to help others in their time of need, we need to first care about PEOPLE and not just the bottom line. With that in mind, in 2016 she co-founded ATP restoration with her husband Christopher. Jodi helps with the administrative aspect of the projects as well as bringing her experience in design to assist in the completion of projects.
Bill Wilkinson, Director of Business Development
Years in Industry: 13
Bill oversees the business development and marketing efforts for ATP Restoration. Bill previously owned a property restoration company and has served as Territory Manager and Project Manager within the Restoration Industry.
Eric McCann, Chief Operating Officer
Years in the Industry: 4
Eric oversees the daily operations at ATP Restoration. This includes providing direction to our employees, monitoring projects and ensuring that all accounting and administrative processes are maintained.
Luke Lickteig, Project Manager
Years in Industry: 23
Luke manages reconstruction projects for clients that have had damage due to water, fire or mold to bring their home or business back to a pre-loss condition.
David Blancarte, Project Manager
Years in Industry: 21 Class A General Contractor, Lead Paint Certified
David's duties include but are not limited to determining scope of damage, writing estimates, reconciling with insurance carriers and coordinating schedules for timely completion of projects.
Brad Webb, Water Consultant
Brad is new to the industry but has 28 years of experience in Public Safety.
Certifications include: IICRC Certified, Water Restoration Tech. Brad’s duties include estimating, Matterport, building code review, consultant property inspections and consultant reporting completion. Certifications include: Water Restoration Tech, Odor Control Tech and Lead-Paint Safety.
Tavokeyias "Vok" Stanley, Crew Manager
Years in Industry: 16
Vok's duties include but are not limited to managing crews for daily projects and assisting in water mitigation.
Amy Burdolski, Business Development Manager
Amy has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry with a strong background in sales and increasing market share. Her duties include identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Danielle Johnson, Operations Liaison
Years in Industry: 1
Danielle supports and assist the project management team to help ensure customer success. This includes facilitating working relationships between the clients and ATP, assisting the project managers and execs with their day to day tasks, budgets, administrative duties, and helping with customer concerns/requests.
